  • What is a worker co-op ?
  • How successful worker cooperatives work (by talking to a living cooperative in your field of interest)
  • Examples of larger democratic cooperative systems and how they can change the terms of engagement in a local economy
  • How to create a business, financial, and governance plan for a worker cooperative (that might end up being where you work!)
  • Alternative legal structures for worker cooperatives
  • How to put it all together in a concise pitch for partners, funders, and potential customers
